Queuing woes
We arrived a whole 30 minutes before the opening time, but much to our surprise, there was already a queue! 😵💫 When the clock struck 11:30 am, we were lucky enough to get a seat, but if you’re planning a visit later, be prepared to wait a good 60-90 minutes for the next available table. The popularity of this spot is no joke! 😅
The Signature Collagen Ginseng Chicken Soup
MODU’s signature collagen ginseng chicken soup twin set ($53++ per pax) is the star of the show, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The set includes an appetiser of crispy seaweed chips, a shared dish, and a delightful apricot-walnut dessert. But what about the soup? Let’s just say it’s a hit. Super tasty, rich in flavour, and nourishing with just the right amount of ginseng without being overpowering. We even shamelessly refilled it thrice! 🤤
And to top it all off, the set comes with ginseng soju, adding a little twist to the meal! 🍶
